We had such a wonderful time, the owners made us feel quite at home. I would definitely recommend it to all friends and family. We truly enjoyed the warm-hearted atmosphere and beautifully decorated interior design of the rooms. Great relaxation outdoors as well with a splendid patio over-hanging the pool. Very elegant!

Perfect absolutely perfect, 5 star treatments with great hosting by the owners Eden and Peter. Beautiful decorated, clean and bedrooms with a touch of vintage (see pictures below) and not to forget the very delicious food (buffet serving) Eden's Chicken pie and pastry sweet potato is absolutely to die for.

Accommodation was excellent and breakfast was great. The hostess Belinda was very friendly and pleasant. Lovely peaceful garden to relax in. A rooms of exceptional high standard offers a “home away from home” feeling. I would recommend this venue to a king and would definitely return.

Dit was voorwaar 'n voorreg om by Eden Gastehuis te kon bly. Regtig besonders. Met besonderse gashere wat die huis 'n tuiste gemaak het.

Om met aankoms met 'n koffie bederf te word is 'n wonderlike verrassing en gebeur nie op elke plek nie. Die kamer was silwerskoon en die kos uitstekend. Die vriendelikheid en behulpsaamheid van die gashere kan nie oortref word nie.

Absolutely a "home away from home". The best out of town experience ever. Alta and Pieter was fantastic and I can recommend their place to anyone. I fail to understand the limitations to stars, this place should be coupled with Platinum status. Excellent, thank you and well done!

What a beautiful place to be and found in the little town of Jan Kemp Dorp. Dinner out of this world. Hosts welcoming and hospitality from a bygone era. The rooms are all squeaky clean and wow comfortable. The gardens are beautiful and the deck above the pool a perfect place for a drink. Very well priced. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

Although the interior may seem a bit eclectic to some, we loved Eden guest house. This place was a marvellous surprise to us. The rooms are nice and clean and the welcome we hade was amazing. The owners are very warm people who really make your stay at Eden guest house something special. The food served was outstanding and very "South African" including typical dishes.

I arrived at this bed and breakfast and stayed for a week while traveling on business. The meals were excellent, the atmosphere was soothing and calm. It truly is like how someone would imagine the Garden of Eden. They have citrus trees, palm trees, looking ponds, sun, shade and WiFi. The owners and employees are absolutely amazing. They really treat you like family while there. If / when I travel to South Africa again for work, I will not hesitate to stay here again. I look forward to returning.

What a gem! Beautiful garden and the best hosts ever! They went out of their way to make us feel at home. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The garden is truly a garden of Eden and guests are encouraged to enjoy the many beautiful little corners. Thank you both, we will be back - even if it is just to have tea in the garden again.
